CarMuse generates psudo-random music based on the current state of the car: Gear shifting will trigger drum fils and add layers, The speed affects the tempo, Indicators shift the chord progression, etc

We built a simple 3D car game in blender (Shish). This simulated car pipes engine events to the CarMuse music generator system (Greg, Allan). The car events alter the musical state.

We have implemented a fair amount of basic music theory, key changes, chord inversions, banks of appealing chord progressions. For a 24 hour hack, we are happy to have succeed in generating something that can be identified as music, but it isn't going to top any charts soon :)
