Users can create profiles in this system with more/less information which may or may not include photos of themselves or their relatives.

A Web application and an Android system allow user authentication and photo upload.

The Android system is likely to be used on refugee camps as a mobile version of the Web system.

If a user enables search by photo then as soon as a new profile is added, an automatic search by photo is performed and the person who is a relative (resembling the user) is notified of that match via SMS (if they have provided a phone number).

Likewise, a user who is logged in can perform a search on minimal criteria and find users related to them either by text search or by photo search.

If the text criteria does not match a photo search is performed instead.

Users that do not resemble their missing relative, may be able to upload photos of their relative and try to find them.
